Cremation Jewelry ~ 
These special keepsakes are made u sing a tiny amount of your loved ones' ashes to create a stunning stone to place in beautiful setting of your choice. Cantu Customs can custom make cremation jewelry for humans and animals.  In the store webpage you will be able to choose the setting of your choice, all you do is add to cart and checkout. During the time your setting is being ordered, we send a cremation kit to you (price included with shipping). The cremation kit includes: A box to return your ashes in with a prepaid shipping label, correct number of sealable contianers for cremains, packing tape, bubble wrap, and an information card for you to fill out, and instructions that will be easy peazy! When completed all you have to do is drop off at post office! Updates will be sent frequently from the time the setting is ordered, steps along the way, and delivery to you. Communication is a big part of Cantu Customs so feel free to shoot us an email anytime! The estimated TAT for these items are around15 business days but, we try to get your item to you as soon as possible. Cremation Keepsakes works the same as cremation jewelry. A small amount of ashes will be used to create a splendid keepsake of your loved ones'. A cremation kit will be sent to you and once its returned to us we will begin working with it. In store there are several examples of something you can treasure. If you have any specific request for any item please send an email so you can request a customized item,  and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The estimated TAT for these items are 15-20 business days but, we try to get your item to you as soon as possible. Keepsakes~
Keepsakes are special creations made to remember your loved ones'. Memorial keepsakes have such a wide range for momentos from: in loving memory, pet loss, sympathy, grave markers, etc.  In store there will be completed items and suggested items with photos from various suppliers, and google images. You are more than welcome to make request to our email. TAT on these items depends on the extent of the customization requsted, however we try our best to deliver quality items to you as quickly as possible and we will always keep you updated. 

Soap~
We love making soap! As production is a never ending thing, We will list what is readily available, what's coming soon and  try our best to work with you on custom orders and list pre orders with ship date. With so many variations and scents it will be hard to choose. You are more than welcome to request any type of soap just send us an email or chose the make a custom soap on the website! Cold process is our go to but we can do melt and pour as well.This is a list of soap bases which you can choose from in melt and pour soaps: Aloe vera, castile, clear, cocoa butter, goat's milk, hemp, honey, oatmeal, olive oil, shaving only, shea butter, and plain white. There are all different kinds of add ins and essential oils you can add, again, you can request any scent! During your order if you have any allergies please list them during pop up box during checkout. A list of ingredients will be provided with products. The TAT for custom melt and pour soaps are about 8 business days but, will try for sooner and keep you updated.  The TAT for custom cold process soaps and cost can be discussed during order process, your order will depend on weight and scents chosen along with additives and takes 4-6 weeks to cure then 3-5 business days to arrive.

Epoxy Crafts~ 
We use molds to create crafts with epoxy or uv resin. So practically any mold you chose can be crafted into something you can enjoy. We are currently working on a build your own epoxy craft selection. If you have something in mind that you like please do not hestitate to email us and we can organize and inquiry for what you are requesting. Anything from a wine rack, guitar base, coasters, to key chains and more! The TAT on these items really depends on what you order and the time it takes us to craft it. We strive in our company to provide our customers with good quality items, that you love, and sometimes that just takes time but, we however keep you updated throughout the process and you can email us anytime during to check in. 

Candles/Incense/Diffusers
Our candles are handcrafted and take 2-4 weeks to cure depending on wax and fragrances used. We will add what is readily available on our site but, you can request any scent or wax that you would like through our email until our build your own candle listing is ready, we are currently working on this. Incense come from several suppliers and have wonderful scents and quality. Diffusers are made upon order and ships out as soon as possible.

Wax Melts ~ 
Our wax melts are handcrafted and non custom orders ship within 3-5 business days. If you make a custom wax melt order it takes 2 weeks for it to cure after being made, then 3-5 business days to arrive to you. 

Sensory Needs~
We make items for children and adults with sensory needs focusing on sound, touch, and smell. Our goal is to keep you engaged or to attempt to try something new made with quality ingredients. Wether you are a sensory seeker or have trouble engaging with items made for sensory needs we hope to help calm these challenges. We will be adding to the site as much as possible and you definetely request a custom item if you'd like. 
§ Refunds/Returns

Refunds and returns are not permitted on items that are used or open. Custom made items can not be refunded fully. A refund can be discussed if you are unhappy with your item(s) once item is shipped back to cantu customs and customer will be responsible for return shipping.
